Serious musicianship, without the cage.
Build your skills, follow your curiosity, and make room for your own musical voice.

Serious Musicianship.

Room to Be Yourself.

Your musical goals should help shape your lessons. Heather starts with your experience, interests, and the way you learn, then chooses exercises and repertoire that give you useful challenges and a clear sense of direction.

Strong fundamentals are part of that journey. Tone, breathing, technique, and musical expression connect to the music you want to play—so the work has a purpose you can hear.

There is room here for ambitious goals, curiosity, and the satisfaction of making music for yourself. Lessons encourage you to ask questions, try new approaches, and take an active role in your progress.

  • Instruction shaped around your needs and goals
  • Practical guidance for focused, productive practice
  • Encouragement to become a confident, independent musician
